Capacity for Equity and Success (C4ES) is a pilot project created by Alameda County Healthcare Services Agency and Alameda County Supervisor Keith Carson, in partnership with Exceptional Community Connections, LLC.

C4ES will provide technical assistance and capacity-building support for community-based service providers serving children, youth, and families in the West Oakland community (zip codes: 94607, 94608, and 94612). The goal is to increase the capacity of small and emerging non-profit organizations to successfully apply for and secure public and private grant funds.
